Reiki
At Mountain Harmony, we offer two forms of Reiki, each with its own character.Angel Light Reiki draws on angelic and divine energy to bring gentle, uplifting healing, ideal for those seeking peace, clarity, and emotional balance.Shamanic Reiki blends traditional Reiki with shamanic practices, working more deeply with ancestral and earth energies to clear blockages and support transformation.Both are gentle, hands-on (or near-body) sessions suited for any experience level.
Energy Work & Chakra Balancing
Beyond Reiki, Mountain Harmony offers Energy Work and Chakra Balancing to support your overall wellbeing.Energy Work is a broader practice that identifies and clears blockages or imbalances anywhere in your energetic field, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.Chakra Balancing focuses specifically on the body's seven energy centers, realigning them so energy can flow freely from head to toe.Both sessions are gentle, fully clothed, and hands-on. Suited for any experience level.

That's why we work hard to keep our offerings priced fairly without compromising on quality, intention, or care.We remain committed to keeping our services priced below industry standard because a regular practice of self-care should never feel out of reach.
The Spirit Exchange
The Spirit Exchange is Mountain Harmony's free monthly gathering, held every second Friday at 7pm under the theme "One Circle, Many Paths." It's an open conversation space for anyone curious about spirituality, whether you've been on this path for decades or you're just starting to ask the bigger questions. It's a relaxed, low-pressure space to talk about spirituality in all its forms, no dogma, no single tradition, just honest conversation.Each session centers on a different theme, with enough structure to keep things grounded but plenty of room for the conversation to go where it needs to go. Some months you'll find yourself in deep discussion. Other months, you might just sit back and listen. Either way, you'll leave having connected with a community of people walking their own paths, together. It's free, it's welcoming, and everyone is invited.
The Founders
Dave's spiritual path began in the early 1990s, took a long pause as life took over, and reawakened in April 2021. Since then, he's deepened his practice through training and certification, becoming an Angel Light Reiki Master in January 2025 and a Level 2 Shamanic Reiki Practitioner that June, with training toward becoming a certified Shamanic Practitioner currently underway. Intuitive energy work has been part of Dave for as long as he can remember, long before he had the language for it. As an Omnist, he holds the belief that no single religion holds all the answers, but that truth can be found across many paths. He brings that same openness into his work: always learning, always human, always willing to meet people exactly where they are.Vince grew up immersed in Catholic tradition, though never bound to the institution of the church. His spiritual awakening arrived in April 2021, the same month as Dave's, and he's been on a steady path of learning and growth ever since. He became a certified Angel Light Reiki Master in January 2025, and his approach remains grounded in Christian teachings while staying open beyond organized religion. Vince works closely with his angels and spirit allies, and carries a natural, intuitive gift for energy work. Quiet and steady, he brings a grounded presence to every session and every gathering at Mountain Harmony.

7/10/2026 - We will NOT be hosting Spirit Exchange in July as we will be preparing for our participation in the Holistic Health Fair on July 11th. This is a wonderful event hosted by Servicios de La Raza that is open to the public and FREE to attend! We hope you decide to come visit us at La Raza Park from 9am to 2pm.
